Scales not changing check list

So your weight has plateaued, this doesn’t mean your progress has plateaued!!

Are you getting stronger? - if so you’re building muscle!! Quite possibly losing body fat at the same rate to balance out the scales.

Have you been tracking ALL your calories? - your deficit may not be a deficit if you’ve missed out your latte, your few biscuits with your tea or the selection box passed around at work. Enjoy yourself but be aware.

Are you getting enough sleep? - you can not underestimate the importance of sleep!!

Have you been doing the same type of training for a while now? - your body will adapt and get very efficient at anything you do repeatedly. So changing your training style now and again can help.
