Cardio or weights first??

Will I burn more calories if I do cardiovascular training before or after my weight training? Or something more relatable, should I squat before or after I go on the stair master?
Whichever you want to prioritise… do that first. So, for example if your goal is to try add some muscle mass to your shoulders you would want to do your weight training first. If your goal is to improve your cardiovascular fitness to have a quicker 5K time then do your run first.
With all of this said the total difference equates to less than 1% so it will not be detrimental whichever order you decide to complete it. Personally, I would rather do my weight training first when I am freshest and most alert as weight training is more technical.
