The correlation between intermittent fasting and fat loss is virtually zero!!
Let’s say your deficit is set to 2,000 Kcals per day. It wouldn’t matter if you ate x10 200Kcal meals or just ate x1 2,000Kcal meal.
Analogy: You want to save £2,000 into your ISA per month. You could pay in £200 x10 times or £2,000 once... same difference.
