Skipping breakfast isn’t going to make you gain a ton of weight or ruin your health!

We have always been told that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” ... this isn’t necessarily true!

As long you’re in a calorie deficit it does not matter if you consume your calories in 4 meals or all in 1 meal!

Say you wanted to save £1,000 per month, it would not matter if you saved £250 every week or one lump sum of £1,000.
