Some of the most common protein sources and their macro profile per 100g’s:

- Chicken breast: 1g fat and 31g protein - Salmon: 13g fat and 20g protein - Sirloin: 12.7g fat and 21.2g protein - Turkey breast: 1g fat and 24g protein - - Eating fat won’t make you fat (unless you’re over consuming). Healthy fats are great for your skin and joints!
