Training with a cold

You’re almost certain to catch some sort of cold or illness in this British climate!
But what do you do when it comes to training??
Do you ‘go sweat it out’?
When you’re ill you’re body is under stress to fight off the virus and when you train you also put your body under stress to build muscle or to lose body fat.
Your body will NOT prioritise burning body fat or building muscle over fighting off a virus.
This doesn’t mean you necessarily don’t have to train all together this could just mean you alter your training. - For example take the intensity down, focus on stretching or maybe just do some light cardio.
