Back by popular demand, what happened to Rob after he had gained 24kg?

Rob was in the beginning of being depressed about his weight, he thought he was meant to be losing weight as he had set a calorie deficit. One Sunday afternoon Rob had a sudden burst of motivation and decided to reinstall MFP (My Fitness Pal) and re-join the gym!!

The next day he walked (making a conscious effort) over to the gym to sign back up, when signing up he was speaking to a Personal Trainer and Rob asked about MFP. That same day when Rob returned to his office and his PA bought him his usual tea and 2 Milk Chocolate Digestives he had a huge lightbulb moment! – He had completely forgot to track his biscuits!! This motivated him on even more!

He went home to his Fiancé, they had a deep conversation and Rob had some great romantic lines he used… but basically, they decided to postpone their wedding by 2 years in order for them both to feel the best and healthiest they ever had.

The 2 years went by, Rob was consistent with his tracking, he still had 1 biscuit a day with his lunch time cup of tea. He remained a member of the gym and even had a few 1:2:1 sessions with the Personal Trainer he previously spoke to.

The day of his wedding came, Rob had lost all 24kg and then some! Him and his now wife had an amazing time in Portugal and still to this day remain healthy.

I would love to sit here and tell you that Rob is a real person and that the Personal Trainer he spoke to was in fact me, that would make for a great story! But that would be a complete lie unfortunately.

Morals of the story:

1. Do not let your PA bring you biscuits.

2. If you are tracking and not losing weight you are not tracking accurately enough.

3. If you are stuck with a question surround your health ask someone who can help.

On that note if you do have a question: josh.eyre@hotmail.com

Stay safe,

Josh.
